Daily maintenance of diesel forklift truck:

1, check and adjust the valve open space.

2, check the cylinder pressure or vacuum.

3. Check the tightness of fan belt.

4. Check whether the thermostat works normally.

5, check the diesel forklift transmission shift operation is normal.

6. Check whether the wheel equipment is robust, whether the tire pressure meets the requirements, and remove the debris embedded in the tread.

7, check whether the diesel forklift oil tank oil inlet filter is blocked or damaged, and clean or replace the filter.

8, check and adjust the hand and foot brake disc and brake drum open space.

9, check whether the diesel forklift generator and starter motor equipment is robust, and whether the connector is clean and robust, check whether the carbon brush and commutator are worn.

10, replace the oil in the oil pan, check whether the crankcase ventilation nozzle is missing, clean the oil filter and diesel filter element.

11. Check whether the diesel forklift multi-way reversing valve, lifting cylinder, tilting cylinder, steering cylinder and gear pump operate normally.

12, due to diesel forklift maintenance operations and discrete parts, when reassembled to carry out forklift road test.

(1) Whether the lifting speed of the cargo fork of the diesel forklift truck is normal and whether it is shivering.

(2) Braking function under different degrees, should not run off, snake. On steep slopes, when the hand brake is tightened, it can park securely.

(3) Listen to the diesel forklift engine in the case of acceleration, deceleration, heavy load or no-load operation, there is no normal sound.

(4) After a road test of the diesel forklift truck, check the brake, transmission, front axle housing, gear pump for overheating.
